Return Policy
We offer a 180-day return policy, meaning you have 180 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, unless your order exceeds £100 (see below for further details).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Orders Over £100
For orders over £100:

Returns must be requested within 90 days of receiving the item.

Refunds for these orders will be issued only after the item has been successfully returned and inspected.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be returned in its original condition with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of your refund approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
